Βιογραφικό συλλόγου
Ο Ελληνικός Ορειβατικός Πεζοπορικός Σύλλογος Σάμου ιδρύθηκε το Μάιο του 2002. Ο Μάριος, ο Αντώνης, η Σοφία, ο Ηλίας και ο Μιχάλης που ήταν από τα ιδρυτικά μέλη ξεκίνησαν τις διαδικασίες για να πάρει σάρκα και οστά ο Ε.Ο.Π.Σ.Σ. Από το καλοκαίρι του 2002 ο σύλλογος άνοιξε φτερά του προσπαθώντας να αγκαλιάσει όλους αυτούς που τους αρέσει να περπατούν σε μονοπάτια, να ανεβαίνουν σε βουνά, να σκαρφαλώνουν σε βράχια, να διασχίζουν φαράγγια και να αναζητούν συγκινήσεις που μόνο η πραγματική επαφή με τη φύση μπορεί να προσφέρει.

The Greek Mountaineering Hiking Club Samos was founded in May 2002. Mario, Anthony, Sophia, Elijah and Michael was one of the founding members started theprocess to take shape the E.O.P.S.S. Since the summer of 2002 the club openedwings trying to embrace all those who like to walk on trails, mountains to climb, climbrocks, cross canyons and seek thrills that only real contact with nature can it offers.
